Student Registration

Registration Checklist

Registration is a required step for the start of school each year and occurs in late July or early August, and will be announced when it opens. 

 

A general registration checklist has been created and will be posted here during the registration period to help families complete some of the steps required to register and prepare for the start of school of the coming year. Families should also check school websites for any registration requirements they may also have.

DISTRICT CALENDARS

The district's 2021-22 school year calendar is available on the calendars page. You will also find school-specific calendars on each school's web page.

School and Student Fees

Colorado State Law (CRS 22-32-117) allows the Board of Education to authorize the collection of fees. The district supplies students with textbooks and instructional materials which are necessary for successful completion of approved courses of study. Students may be required to pay the cost of these, as well as materials for projects when the items produced will be retained by the student. Learn more about Student Fees.

Parents can pay fees online by logging into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal throughout the school year. If you have trouble logging in, visit our Personal Account Manager to recover your username or reset your password.


Menus and Student Meal Accounts

Visit our Food & Nutrition Services website for information about our food programs, menus, account setup and payment, and free and the reduced-price meal application process.

Free and Reduced-Price Meals

Students who qualify for Free and Reduced-Price Meals may qualify to have additional fees waived. Read more about the program, eligibility requirements, and the application process here.

If qualified for free and/or reduced-price meals, families may also be eligible to have other school fees waived. Parents/guardians must consent to sharing the application status with other prograsm during the application process. Please be sure to check the appropriate boxes during application if you want to apply for additional fee waivers.

Families must re-apply for free or reduced-price meals every school year on or after July 1.


Supply Lists and Supply Assistance

Check your school's website for supply lists. Use the "Select a School" menu on the left in the black bar at the very top of this page to locate your school's website.

Assistance with School Supplies

Families having difficulty providing school supplies should talk to their school principal. Additionally, The Action Center is providing free school supplies for students who qualify.
